We’re not here to disrupt an industry or chase buzzwords. We’re trying to build practical software that solves the frustrations Manx compliance teams face every day.
We’re the co-founders of Native Systems, and we do everything from designing features to writing code, onboarding new firms, and answering support queries. We’ve worked together for over ten years in the software industry, and we’ve spent the last three immersed in the world of compliance - learning how it really works, and conjuring up practical solutions.

Proofdesk is built by Native Systems - a joint venture between the two of us, DQ Advocates, Greenwave Accountants, and The Isle Group. Each brings their own unique skillset to the table, and have all played a vital role in shaping what Proofdesk has become.
One of the Isle of Man’s most trusted law firms, DQ brings deep regulatory expertise and helps ensure Proofdesk reflects both the letter and spirit of the FSA Handbook. Sinead O’Connor, Head of Regulatory and Compliance, continues to advise on the workings of the platform and is widely respected as one of the island’s leading voices on AML/CFT compliance.
Greenwave is a local accountancy firm regulated by the FSA. Their frustrations with legacy systems were a key reason we started building Proofdesk in the first place. Their team was the first to put Proofdesk through its paces in real-world conditions, shaping its earliest features.
Ben and Kent are a pair of local entrepreneurs who provided early funding and continue to support the project strategically. Though not public-facing, their backing has been essential in helping us build a product with long-term ambition.
Domicilium is our local hosting partner. Proofdesk runs in their Tier 3 Isle of Man data centre, supported by a secure, resilient infrastructure designed specifically for regulated firms. Their team has helped us shape an environment that balances performance, data sovereignty, and security.
We know what it’s like to be on the receiving end of software built by people who don’t understand your industry. That’s not us. Proofdesk wasn’t designed in isolation, it was shaped by reading the Handbook front to back, listening to frustrated MLROs, and working through real-world problems alongside our customers.
We’re not building for global domination, we’re building for the Isle of Man. That’s why the platform reflects the FSA’s expectations and terminology - Proofdesk aligns with how compliance is actually done here, instead of how someone thinks it should work somewhere else.
We believe back-office software doesn’t need to be sexy. It just needs to work well for the people who rely on it every day and address their real issues.
